BREAKING NEW GROUND

Kingswood HOA Properties (Pty) Ltd (“Kingswood HOA Properties”), an entity wholly owned by Kingswood Golf Estate Homeowners Association, is in the process of building a new Community Centre/Clubhouse facility.

According to Jonathan Witts-Hewinson, chairperson of the subcommittee of the HOA responsible for the project, the Kingswood residents have been eagerly anticipating a proper Community Centre/Clubhouse for many years. He said that the facility will significantly enhance the golfing experience at Kingswood and will enable the estate to take its proper place as a full member of the golfing community in the Garden Route, which is a world-class golfing destination. The new facility will be one to be enjoyed by all Kingswood residents, as well as golf patrons, members and visitors.

It is the vision of Kingswood Golf Estate to be the preferred, secure, family-friendly residential golf estate in the Garden Route. This new Community Centre/Clubhouse, and all that it will be offering, will enable Kingswood to take great strides forward, in its efforts to achieve this vision.

Upon completion of the new facility, all golfing activities at Kingswood will be conducted under the auspices of a new Kingswood Golf Club, managed and operated by Kingswood HOA Properties. It is expected that this will be achieved with effect from 1 September 2025.

Accordingly, the present golf operator, Kingswood Golf Operations (Pty) Ltd, owned and managed by Mike and Liesel Quinn, will conclude its activities as the golf operator at Kingswood Golf Estate, on 31 August 2025.

It is therefore important for golfers to bear in mind that, in respect of any bookings or memberships pertaining to golf at Kingswood after 31 August 2025, those should be contracted with the new Kingswood Golf Club, to be operated under the auspices of Kingswood HOA Properties.
